Accounting and Record Retention Systems

Our accounting system includes professional accounting software combined with custom databases to ensure timely, accurate accounting with the controls and protocols to ensure the protection of our clients' assets.  The monthly report to our client is a comprehensive, easy to read report providing them with traceability of every penny collected and spent in the operation of the project.  We are confident in saying that our monthly reporting package is the most thorough and informative report amongst our competition.  Our record retention systems (electronic and hard copy) have been designed to allow our staff to operate efficiently and to ensure the integrity of all important financial and leasing records.

Facility and Equipment

The professional office of H&S Reny is not only ideally located to serve the Lewiston / Auburn market, but has been well-planned to allow our Administrative staff to function efficiently with the resources they need.  Investments in our computer network, phone systems and office equipment ensure our ability to provide our client with the best possible service. Our Maintenance staff is equally well-equipped with a fleet of service vans and trucks, specialty tools, landscaping and snow removal equipment.  This allows H&S to handle more of the maintenance needs of our clients' properties, minimizing the use of subcontractors, keeping costs down.  It also ensures that employees of the management company are on site on a regular basis which is critical to operational control and property oversight.
